The primary objectives of this project are as following:
The project will encompass the following key tasks:
Conduct a comprehensive site survey to assess the layout, structural considerations, and networking requirements of the primary and secondary schools. Identify suitable locations for computer labs and network equipment.
Collaborate with school administrators and educators to create an optimal computer lab design that promotes a conducive learning environment. The design will include ergonomic furniture, appropriate lighting, and space for expansion.
Plan and design the LAN network to connect the computer labs, administrative offices, and relevant school areas. Determine the most efficient cabling solutions and networking equipment to support the school’s present and future needs.
Procure and install networking hardware, including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
Perform rigorous testing of the network infrastructure and computer lab systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide comprehensive training to school staff on using the network and computer lab equipment effectively. Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to address any issues that may arise post-installation.
